Shipping

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm PST, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in San Jose, CA. 

Domestic Shipping (within the United States)

U.S Domestic shipping charge is $5.95 flat rate shipping for all orders.

For new subscribers, free shipping will be provided if you join our mailing list! (The code will be sent to your e-mail upon sign up).

Most orders are shipped via usps priority or ups, contact hello@tabbisocks.com for any special requests.

Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Unfortunately, express shipping is not yet available. (We apologize for any inconvenience.)

Though we try to keep our website updated at all times, product availability is subject to change. if you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email.

International Shipping (outside the United States)

We ship worldwide, if you are having trouble placing an order please contact us.

Most international orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International and will be charged a stardard delivery of $10.00 USD. 

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees assessed by the government.

Expected arrival date for international orders is estimated at 7-14 days from the order date.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.

Once your order is dispatched, it is out of our control. for questions or concerns about delivery, please contact the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout. Tabbisocks is not responsible for any items lost during delivery or deemed undeliverable by carrier.

Please note: your country may collect dues upon delivery. This is out of our hands. Please contact your local post office for more information on import taxes. Know what the import tax will be before your postal service attempts delivery.

Returns

We accept returns of defective merchandise only within 10 days of your purchase. 

Please email hello@tabbisocks.com for a return authorization code before returning or exchanging items. we cannot issue refunds or exchanges without this code. 

Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the customer is returning the defected items. Tabbisocks is not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. 
we recommend insuring any return packages, we cannot issue a refund on items damaged or lost during shipping.

We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

We do reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
