How can I change my account information?


You can modify your account from my Tabbisocks > Your Account Details

Your password will send immediately to your e-mail.

ORDER How will I know my order is accepted?


After “Submit Order”, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail you provided us when you order. You also can check your order status from my Tabbisocks > View Order Status

SHIPPING Ship to the U.S and U.S Territories


Tabbisocks ships to all 50 United States, and U.S Territories, where is 
American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.





U.S Domestic shipping charge is $5.95 flat rate.


Free shipping on orders over $30.00.





Standard Shipping


Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 
10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Express shipping is not available.




Ship to Canada.


Orders shipped to Canada will be charged a standard delivery charge of $20.00 (USD)
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees assessed by the Canadian government.





Orders sent to Alberta, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan will be shipped via UPS and are generally received within 7-14 business days from the date of shipment.





Orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut will ship via United States Postal Service and are generally received within 7-14 business days from the date of shipment.




International Ship (Excluding Canada.)


International standard delivery usually arrives within 5-10 business days, 
but may take up to 12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.





Please note:International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and 
customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

When will my credit card be charged?


Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to be shipped. 





Will I be charged sales tax?


We collect 8.25% of sales tax for deliveries to California.




What if my credit card is declined ?


You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing
your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.



RETURNS What is Tabbisocks return policy?


Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon delivery. 
We accept returns of defective merchandise (only). 
Requests for return must be made within ten (10) days of the receipt date in written form which includes style number, color, quantity and the reason for return.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Only when tabbisocks issues an official RMA number, return goods will be accepted. Any returned package without our RMA number will be refused.
